Christmas Past: 1984

I dug out a couple of old pictures-I think they were taken in 1984... This is me and my friend Sienna talking to Santa at Daytons department store (which, btw, is now Marshal Fields)

It's good to be a bear. Here we are with a fuzzy friend in downtown Minneapolis. Yah, it's probably a bit nippy. ;)

Christmas 2004

This picture was taken in Tower City the night of the lighting ceremony. Please excuse the fuzziness-my tiny digital camera doesn't do well with distances. ;)

The big white blob on the jumbo tron is Dan Akryod, believe it or not. No one told me he was going to be in town, so I didn't have my SLR with me. Too bad, too-when his carriage rode by us, he stopped to wave at the crowd and nearly fell over backwards. He laughed right along with the rest of us. :)
